Para Driving Athlete Classification and Reclassification Opportunities

by USDFD on February 19, 2014

Dear Para-Driving Athletes,

There will be only two opportunities to be seen by International Classifiers prior to the World Para Driving Championships:

  1.  March 12 – 16 CPEDI3* in Wellington, Florida
  2.  April 2 – 5 CPEDI3* in Rancho Murieta, California

Both of these locations will handle first time classifications and reclassifications.

With respect to reclassifications, according to #2 in the classification manual:
“ATHLETES WITH RECOVERING OR DETERIORATING CONDITIONS MUST BE RECLASSIFIED WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF MAJOR CHAMPIONSHIPS  AND PARALYMPIC GAMES.”

Please let Laureen Johnson of USEF know as soon as possible if you will be coming to either one of these venues for Classification or Reclassification:
